Purchasing Policy and request/approval form.
This purchasing & receiving policy has been established to set guidelines and procedures for making purchases with Church money. After reading this policy, ysou will find the appropriate form to be filled out and subsequently approved by the appropriate department head,then turned into the church office prior to the purchase of any item. |
