Villa Heights Baptist Church uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic conversion of your paper check. When you make a donation or payment to Villa Heights Baptist Church by check, you authorize us to either electronically process your check using the information on your check or to process your payment as a check transaction. The electronic debit to your checking account may be on the same day we receive your check by transmitting the amount of the check, routing and transit number, and check number to your bank, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation that you may print for your records. Thank you for your continuing support of Villa Heights Baptist Church.
Refund Policy
Villa Heights Baptist Church accepts donations towards its own ministries and church selected ministries that hold firm to our beliefs. Since we offer no goods or services for these donations we do not issue refunds once the transaction is completed. You are responsible for understanding this before making a donation on this site.
